How to Create a Sinless Dessert in under 5 Minutes

Hey Guys,

Let’s talk about decadence. I’m talking about ooey gooey chocolate chunks, delicious cookies today. Now before you scroll through this post without reading STOP! Keep on your itsy bikini that you worked so hard to feel amazing in this summer and prepare yourself for a tasty treat that won’t take away from your summer abs. Voila I give you the sinless cookie:

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon organic peanut butter
  • A dash of vanilla extract
Step 1)
Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees. Next grab a small bowl to mix in your bananas, oats and peanut butter. Use a masher or fork to mix the ingredients
Step 2)
Add in dash of vanilla and mini chocolate chips. Keep mixing until all the chips are evenly mixed in. Once all ingredients are together plop a spoonful of batter onto a nonstick cookie sheet. (Recipe makes roughly 15 cookies so I doubled the recipe so I can share some with my girlfriends). 7rzv-hCX8_C3TEGHhURvkZBr4dd2Sn1wXfX4kbky6Jw
Step 3)
Bake cookies for 15 minutes or once the bottoms reach a golden brown. Let cool for 5 minutes before eating. For best use I recommend letting them chill and you have yourself a protein cookie for the office or in between castings! Bon appetite!!

My mom recently stumbled upon this awesome recipe for a flourless, protein packed, cookie with no sugar added! Sounds too good to be true am I right? Well like my mom I have been trying to be healthier this summer, but when she makes her famous desserts (which are truly sinful) it is sooo hard for me to turn those down.  I mean my momma can bake! Not only that but like her I also have a major sweet tooth. So in our efforts to stay healthy this summer she found a recipe where we can indulge, but not over do it. So thank you Mom for giving me chocolate while keeping my model agency happy xx
